The “ENT” container washer is an industrial device, entirely made of stainless steel, designed for washing containers, crates and bulk packaging with a maximum width of 650 mm and height of 350 mm. The device is a monoblock consisting of four sections, ensuring a complete washing cycle from pre-washing to drying.

Washer sections:

• Pre-washing section – preliminary cleaning of containers

• Main washing section – thorough washing at controlled temperature

• Rinsing section – removal of detergent residues and contaminants

• Drying section – fast drying using two air turbines

Equipment and functions:

• Water heating system with steam in the pre-washing and main washing sections with temperature control

• Water filtration system with mesh filters

• Conveyor belt drive for transporting crates with smooth speed regulation

• Steam exhaust fan
