MADO MTK 661 is a meat mincing mixer designed for grinding, mixing and preparing meat fillings used in the production of sausages, cured meats, pâtés and ready meals.

The cutter is equipped with a rotating working bowl of approximately 13 liters capacity and a set of high-speed knives that enable shredding of raw materials and even mixing of ingredients. The cutting process allows obtaining a paste with the appropriate structure and degree of comminution.
