The line for mechanical cleaning of frozen berries is a modern solution intended for efficient removal of solid contaminants and light volatile fractions from products such as raspberries, blueberries, currants, or berries.
The system ensures high efficiency, repeatability of the process, and meets food industry requirements through the use of stainless steel.
The line for cleaning berry fruits is an integrated system of devices that automatically removes:
- peduncles,
- leaves,
- fine contaminants,
- light fractions (e.g., dust, organic residues).
The cleaning process proceeds in multiple stages:
- Destemming and separation of frozen blocks
- Transport of the raw material by a screw conveyor
- Separation on the vibratory trough
- Removal of light contaminants in the grinding chamber (air system)
