Description

 Screw dewatering press with a raw material dewatering tank for briquetting of the material and an additional tank for preparing and dosing the briquetting agent

 

The device is designed for effective compaction and dewatering of sludge in wastewater treatment plants, industrial facilities, and water and wastewater management installations. The device combines a dewatering section with an integrated system for preparing and dosing the coagulant agent, which ensures continuous operation and high efficiency of the process.

The use of a screw press technology enables effective water separation from sludge while reducing energy consumption and requiring minimal operator handling. Thanks to the two-compartment reservoir, the dewatering process proceeds evenly, directly improving the final parameters of the dewatered sludge.

 

1. Tank for preparing and dosing the flocculant agent:
