Belt vegetable slicer - "HP" -11 Destiny: The slicer is designed for cutting various types of vegetables in slices of different thickness. It does its job best when cutting oblong vegetables, e.g. leek, carrots, parsley, rhubarb, cucumbers, zucchini, etc. Principle of operation: Vegetables to be cut from the hopper get onto the conveyor (feeder) belts. At the exit of the conveyor, there is a pressure unit that prevents

the vegetables from being picked up. The vegetables move to the front plate

on which the cutting head is attached. The vegetable from the conveyor (feeder)

gets between the rotating knife of the head and the fixed knife located on the front panel. In this plane, the vegetable is cut.
