The NORFO B-35 fixed-weight portion cutter is an advanced machine designed for the precise portioning of fish, fillets, meat, salmon, and chicken fillets. Thanks to laser product measurement technology and computer-controlled cutting, the machine achieves a portioning accuracy of 97–98% in both weight and size.

The product is placed on the conveyor belt and passes through the measuring system, which calculates the optimal cutting positions. After portioning, the outfeed conveyor automatically removes the finished portions and prepares the working area for the next batch, increasing productivity in the production line.
