The “SABROE” horizontal contact plate freezer cabinet is an industrial device designed for rapid freezing of food products using the contact freezing method. The process involves direct contact between the product and aluminum freezing plates, enabling very fast and uniform heat removal as well as high-quality frozen products.

The unit is used in the fish, meat, and food processing industries, especially for producing frozen blocks and products that require preservation of structure and minimal quality loss.
