The “KLIMOR” contact plate freezer cabinet is an industrial device designed for rapid freezing of food products using the contact freezing method. The process consists of direct contact between the product and the cooled plates, ensuring very fast and uniform heat removal as well as high freezing efficiency.

The device is used in the fish, meat, and food processing industries, especially for freezing portioned products, food blocks, and products requiring preservation of structure and quality after the freezing process.
