Components of the KÜHLAUTOMAT BERLIN Fluidized Freezing Tunnel

Components of the KÜHLAUTOMAT fluidized freezing tunnel intended for industrial freezing of food products, in particular vegetables and bulk products.

The offer includes:

• vibrating chute – 1 pc.,
• coolers with drip trays – 4 pcs.,
• fans – 4 pcs. (two fans per one motor).

The components were part of a fluidized tunnel with the following parameters:

• capacity: up to 3000 kg/h for green peas,
• loading temperature: +20°C,
• unloading temperature: -20°C,
• cooling capacity at evaporation temperature of -41°C: 442 kW.

The offered components are used in the food industry, industrial refrigeration, and IQF freezing process lines. The design of the equipment allows their use as spare parts or components for modernization of existing refrigeration installations.
