Linie for processing pork intestines- caacity up to 250 sets / h Overall dimensions of the entire assembly: - Length - 5,500 mm; - width - 1,700 mm; - Height - 1,700 mm. The set consists of: A: 2-chamber bath for conditioning, hardening the

intestines at a temperature of 500C for approx. 30 minutes:

Dimensions of the 1st chamber of tub A for conditioning the intestines:

- Length - 3,000 mm; - Width - 430 mm; - Depth - 700 mm.

Dimensions of the 2nd chamber of tub

A for intestinal conditioning:

- Length - 3,000 mm; - Width - 480 mm; - Depth - 700 mm.

Overall dimensions of the bathtub A:

- Length - 3,400 mm; - Width - 1,240 mm; - Height - 1,260 mm.

In the initial part of the bathtub, a 3-roller unit is installed for kneading

the intestinal contents from the small intestines (consists of 1. metal roller and 2. rubber roller).

The other side of the bathtub A is connected to the bathtub B.

B: 1-chamber bathtub: Bathtub internal dimensions:

- Length - 1,420 mm; - width - 880 mm; - Height - 400 mm.

Bath external dimensions:

- Length - 1,820 mm; - width - 1,500 mm; - Height - 1,400 mm.

On the B bath there are 2 bowel processing units:

- 1st 3-roller unit for preliminary crushing of intestines (consists of 1 metal roller and 2 rubber

rollers); - 2nd 6-roller unit for final sludging of the intestines (consists of 2 metal rollers and 4 rubber

rollers); Bathtubs, shafts and some of the housings - stainless steel design.

The rest of the housings - galvanized iron castings.
