The ZASADA smoking and scalding chamber model KW 150 / KW 600 L/S is a device designed for the complete thermal processing of sausages, meat and fish, as well as for their cooling. Equipped with a smoke generator and a microprocessor control system, it ensures high repeatability of processes and minimizes operator involvement.
