Fat Content Analyzer


The Fat Content Analyzer is a laboratory device designed to determine the fat content in milk, cream, and cottage cheese using the Gerber method. It is widely used in dairies, quality control laboratories, dairy processing plants, and other facilities involved in the analysis of dairy products.

The device enables fast and accurate testing, ensuring repeatable results and user-friendly operation. With the capacity to analyze up to 36 samples simultaneously, it is ideal for both routine laboratory work and intensive production quality control.

The analyzer is equipped with a centrifuge chamber that maintains the optimum operating temperature, ensuring proper analysis in accordance with the Gerber method. Its robust construction and reliable drive system provide stable and safe operation over a long service life.


Note: Glass butyrometers are not included with the device.
