One-time load for the cabinet from 1.400 to 1.500 kg.The wardrobe has 15 freezing plates, i.e. 14 loading spaces. The gaps between the plates allow for freezing a product with a height of 5 to 10 cm. Equipped with a hydraulic system that allows for

mechanical compression and loosening the plates. The product intended for freezing is loaded into trays, which also form a block. Dimensions: - length - 2,850 mm; - width - 1,620 mm; - height - 3,360 mm (with a piston); - height without the piston - 2.320 mm. Overall dimensions of freezing plates: - length - 2,080 mm; - width - 1,120 mm; - thickness - 20 mm; - made of aluminum. The cabinet equipped with a hydraulic unit is used for pressing the plates

after loading the product and stretching them after completion freezing.
