Scroll compressor equipped with thermal motor protection and protection

against over-temperature hot gas. Mounted on rubber vibration isolators

and filled with oil. The oil heater starts automatically after switching off

the compressor in order to avoid oil refrigerant.

> Design:

The structure made of galvanized sheet steel and painted outer covers

made of aluminum sheet ensure maximum resistance to weather conditions.

Uniform weight distribution is guaranteed by a rigid load-bearing frame made

of galvanized and painted sections. The frame has holes to facilitate lifting and grounding the device.

> Evaporator:

AISI 316 stainless steel brazed direct expansion plate heat exchanger with

large surface area heat exchange. Equipped with external thermal and anti-condensation insulation. Two independent water / freon circuits w

counter-current circuit to optimize heat transfer. Equipped with a differential

pressure switch on the water side and a heater anti-freeze to prevent the risk of icing.

> Condenser:

Made of staggered copper pipes connected with aluminum fins. Equipped with auxiliary subcooling circuit, which ensures the proper supply of the expansion valve medium.

Axial fan with sickle-shaped aluminum blades with swirl diffusers at the ends. Driven direct three-phase motor with external rotor and thermal protection. Protection degree IP54. Built in an aerodynamically shaped housing in the form of a nozzle to increase efficiency
