The glazing machine is an industrial system designed for the uniform coating of products with a layer of ice glaze. The glazing process is carried out by spraying water mist, allowing a uniform protective coating to be achieved, improving the quality, durability, and appearance of frozen products.

The equipment is primarily used in the fish and food industries, especially for glazing fish fillets, seafood, and other products requiring protection against drying out and quality loss during freezing and storage.

Application
