The machine enables products to be sorted according to the desired color of the finished product before the freezing process, which significantly improves the final quality and uniformity of the product.

The machine structure is made of stainless steel, ensuring high durability, resistance to operating conditions, and compliance with hygiene standards required in the food industry.
