The “HM-I.5” homogenizer is an efficient device designed for homogenization processes in the food industry. It is used in the production of milk, cream, fruit and vegetable juices, mayonnaise, mustard, ice cream mixes, and other products requiring a uniform structure and stable consistency.
The unit is designed for continuous operation, ensuring high efficiency and repeatability of the technological process. Thanks to properly selected operating parameters, the homogenizer is suitable for medium and large-scale production plants.
