Mushroom slicer intended for fast and precise slicing of mushrooms into 6 mm thick slices in food processing facilities. The device combines high efficiency, a durable stainless steel construction, and a modern water system, ensuring efficient, safe, and hygienic operation.

The machine is equipped with two cutting drums, a total of 130 knives and 13 carriers, which enables uniform and precise cutting. The width of the cutting shaft is 800 mm, and the width of the conveyor belt is also 800 mm, allowing handling of large batches of raw material. A closed water circuit with its own reservoir and pump provides constant hydration of the mushrooms during cutting, minimizing the risk of product damage and maintaining work hygiene.
