Water Mushroom Slicer "ENBE ASPEREN" HOLLAND The mushroom slicer is designed for fast and precise cutting of mushrooms into 6 mm thick slices in food processing plants. The machine combines high efficiency, a durable stainless steel construction, and a modern water system, ensuring effective, safe, and hygienic operation.

The machine is equipped with two cutting drums, a total of 130 knives and 13 belts, enabling even and precise slicing. The cutting drum width is 800 mm, and the conveyor belt width is also 800 mm, allowing handling of large batches of raw material. The closed water circulation system with its own tank and pump ensures constant moisture during slicing, minimizing the risk of product damage and maintaining hygiene.
