Set for brush washing of root vegetables A brush washing unit for root vegetables is a complete industrial solution designed for effective cleaning of vegetables such as potatoes, carrots, beets or parsley root. The device combines high efficiency, water savings and operational reliability thanks to the use of a closed water circulation system and robust mechanical components.

Washing unit composition

The root vegetable washing unit consists of three main elements:

• Flighted feeder with bar conveyor belt with cleats,

• Carousel brush washer,

• Water cleaning unit in a closed-loop system supplying the brush washer and a mesh conveyor receiving washed vegetables.
