The vacuum unit WWA 16 with a capacity of 1,100 liters is an industrial device intended for the production of jams, marmalades and concentrated fruit mousses from fresh, frozen fruits or pulp. Thanks to operation under vacuum conditions, the thickening process is faster, while the natural taste, aroma and color of the product are preserved.

Elements in contact with the product are made of acid-resistant steel, while the external steam jacket is made of boiler steel, insulated and covered with KO sheet. The legs of the device are made of carbon steel, which ensures stability and durability of the structure.
