Vacuum apparatus, capacity 1,100 l - PAHs 16

The evaporator is designed for the production of jams, concentrated

mousses and marmalades from fresh, frozen fruit or pulp by boiling

and vacuum steam extraction accelerating the thickening process.

Items in contact with the product made of acid-resistant steel; the

outer part of the steam jacket is made of insulated and lined boiler

steel KO sheet; legs - carbon steel.
