The 3 WRA 7 horizontal blancher produced by Spomasz Pleszew is used in the fruit and vegetable industry for controlled blanching of fruits and vegetables. The machine ensures precise thermal treatment of raw materials, preserving their nutritional value and organoleptic quality.

The device is equipped with a steam jacket and food-contact parts made of acid-resistant stainless steel, ensuring hygiene, durability, and easy cleaning. Other structural components are enamelled, providing additional protection against corrosion and mechanical damage.
