Description

Steamer for root vegatables It is used to steaming the skin of root vegetables in order to peel them.

The operation of the device is that for the pipe o with a cross-section of

900 mm and a length of 10,000 mm, equipped with a scroll wheel, water is

supplied and it is heated with live steam. Vegetables tossed by the backfill,

the root crops are scalded with hot water by immersing them. The scalding

time is regulated by water temperature and worm wheel speed control. Dimensions: - Total length - 2,900 mm; - Screw diameter - 450 mm.
