needs of the Processing Plant CIP The use of CIP improves the quality

in line with the applicable European Union standards, and also reduces

costs resulting from the use of the human factor, used washing agents, etc Types of closed cleaning stations (CIP) we propose: - Hand washing stations; - Semi-automatic washing stations; - Fully automatic washing stations. Among the above-mentioned: - Single and multi-track stations; - Single and two-phase stations. The proposed washing stations are controlled by specialized software

(taking into account individual customer needs) and use new automation

from reputable companies according to the customer's wishes.

The mentioned CIP washing stations are perfectly used, reducing

the operating costs of devices in plants meat, fruit and vegetable processing

plants, dairies and other plants where it is necessary to clean equipment and transmission networks.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE WASHING SYSTEM OPERATION: The basic CIP (Cleaning in Place) system consists of tanks for cleaning agents (lye and acid), water tank and can additionally be equipped with a secondary water tank.

The station also includes pumps, valves,heat exchangers - their number

depends on the number of washing tracks used in a given station.

Each tank is equipped with temperature sensors and level sensors The washing process can be controlled manually, semi-automatically or automatically. The washing station is connected to the facilities to be washed by pipelines

so as to operate in a closed circuit.If there are many objects to be washed

on one circulation pipe, the washing path will be created manually by

appropriate switching panels, but the washing process will be monitored

automatically with a suitable program using proximity sensors. The CIP washing program sequence looks (more or less) like this: - checking the correctness of connections and washing paths for selected objects; - checking the quality of cleaning agents in storage tanks (if the cleaning agents are not ready these will be automatically heated and filled with the appropriate concentrate to the appropriate

concentration; - the washing program runs automatically; - the length of individual washing steps will be defined in the program; - the washing media is changed automatically with the distribution of the washing media.
