A device for tying the rings in the small intestine

Industrial machine designed for string tying of frankfurters and sausage sticks in natural casings.

The machine enables portioning products into constant lengths without the need for twisting, which significantly speeds up the production process and ensures precise portions ready for smoking, cooking, and cooling.

Thanks to the automatic tying system, the string is wrapped four times around each portion, ensuring the stability of the stuffing in the casing during further processing.

  • mechanical division of filled casings into portions of constant length,
  • string tying of frankfurters and sausage sticks,
  • operation in industrial production lines in meat processing plants.

  • possibility of tying two portions simultaneously thanks to two thread spools,
