"BAADER 66" - Machine for skinning herring fillets This machine is specially designed for small and medium sized delicatessen

fish processing plants. Skin alternatives such as cured and pickled herring fillets

or lightly salted herring fillets. BAADER 66 is a free-standing and mobile device.

The herring fillets are placed by hand by one or two people on the belt a conveyor

that transfers them to the delicate skinning unit. Can be mounted on the

device fillet slicer into smaller pieces.
