Description

Vertical skinning machine for removing pigs' butts

Vertical pork skinning machine is designed for pig slaughterhouses, enabling fast and efficient removal of bristled skins for further processing into leather goods. The machine combines high efficiency, safety, and ease of operation, making it an ideal solution for meat processing plants.

The mechanism allows precise skinning of pork carcasses. The carcass, cut to full knife depth (15–20 cm), is positioned on a guide and placed into the machine chamber, where the gripping mechanism and rotating drum remove the skin evenly, without wrinkles. Operation is controlled via an intuitive control panel:

  • First button – starts the mechanism and drum rotation until the carcass is fully skinned.
  • Second button – reverses the gripping mechanism, allowing easy removal and placement of the skinned carcass.
