Device for cutting chops Cordon Bleu by "H. Wichelmann"

The device cuts flat slices of poultry or pork. After cutting, a so-called "pocket" is created into which it is applied (by hand) filling. The product is placed on both sides of the conveyor entry and led into the cutting zone where it is held by two conveyors (upper and lower). Dimensions:
