Device for cutting chops Cordon Bleu by "H. Wichelmann"
The Cordon Bleu cutting machine by H. Wichelmann is designed for fast and precise cutting of flat slices of poultry or pork meat, creating a perfect “pocket” intended for manual stuffing.
The feeding process takes place on both sides of the infeed conveyor. The product enters the cutting zone, where it is securely held by two conveyors – an upper and a lower one – ensuring uniform cutting quality and safe operation.
