A steam-jacketed cooking kettle with a capacity of 500 liters is designed for thermal processing of products in food processing plants, fruit and vegetable processing, industrial catering, and confectionery production. Thanks to the efficient steam jacket, the kettle provides even, fast, and safe heating, which preserves the high quality of raw materials and ensures full control over the cooking process.
