KORIMAT KA 240 Pressure Autoclave is a device designed for sterilization and pasteurization of meat, vegetable, fruit, and fish preserves, as well as beverages. The device is especially recommended for medium and large food processing plants that require precise control of the sterilization process.
The KA 240 autoclave allows even heating of products thanks to a controlled working pressure of 2.5 bar and a safe water inlet and outlet system, ensuring process repeatability and the highest sterilization quality.
