Meat-bone separator - 01 JH2

The separator is used to separate meat from bones of waterfowl and combing poultry and swine vertebral bones. Carcases or portions of raw meat or cooked are served to the separator tub. The separated meat mass and bones are collected from the separator head. Dimensions: - length - 2.780 mm; - width - 940 mm; - height - 2.110 mm.
