Parboiling machine for root vegetables
It's used for parboiling root vegetables' skin in
order to peel them. Functioning of the machine: into the 900 mm
diameter and 10.000 mm long pipe, equiped with wormwheel, water is
being supplied, and hot steam is used. Root vegetables are dumped
through the charge and parboiled with hot water through immersion. Time
of parboiling is regulated through the water temperature and wormwheel
rotating speed regulation.
