Bag Loader WEBOMATIC model FKT 800
Very simple, clean and effective:
Bag Loader FKT 800 in stainless steel.
Speed is not a mystical dream. Therefore the manufacturer put special
emphasis on the development of the Bag Loader FKT 800 in order to save
time and money during the packing process of cheese, meat, sausages and
other food.
All standard shrink and sealing bags can be used which are offered by
well-known bag manufacturers. One bag is inflated each time by
means of the integrated stainless steel blowing unit and will be ready
for filling in the product. You simply put your product into the bag,
tear it off and repeat the procedure. Due to its packing capacity of
20-30 cycles/min. it is suitable to be integrated in high capacity
packaging lines. Whenever you need to change the bag size, just lower
the front part of the Bag Loader FKT 800 and fix the new adhesive tape.
When the Bag Loader FKT 800 is closed again, the airstream
automatically adjusts to the corresponding bag size.
The stainless steel blowin unit of the Bag Loader FKT 800 contains an
installed water drain. The air exit channel can be taken out easily.
The complete construction is made out of tainless steel. The Bag Loader
FKT 800 fulfils the current regulations according to the hygienic
standard.
